MRI Basics MRI-101

This class provides an overview of the MRI system, how MRI works and tasks and interactions of the subsystems. MRI physics includes timing and image theory is also taught in the couse. Subsystem architecture will also be covered, including: magnets, gradient chain, RF chain, scan room interface, RF coils, host computers, and RF spectrometer. This class also provides specific information geard toward the GE Signa MRI Systems.
